How is the counselling done?
After the preliminary consultation, we spend the first time getting to know each other, surveying the general situation, and exploring the problem, in an informal, confidential and honest conversation. It is often the case that other things that have not been mentioned so far come to the fore or may become more important. I am askinng questions that may help you understand this problem. For example, what led to its development, how severe is the situation and who is affected by it?
We then set our goals for a successful solution. The components of working together are collaboration, building a confidential relationship and having personal needs to change. Some of the consultations take place with participation of both of you, and others take the form of individual consultations.
